EES/ER exhibition
Environment Effects Statement (EES) and Environment Report (ER) findings are publicly exhibited during exhibition periods as scheduled by the Minister for Planning. The public exhibition period is the opportunity for the community to access the EES/ER and draft Planning Scheme Amendments (PSAs), understand how feedback has shaped these projects and provide written submissions through a formal process.

Environment Report: Gunbower National Park, and Guttrum and Benwell forests
The Environment Report: Gunbower National Park, and Guttrum and Benwell forests and draft Planning Scheme Amendment (ER East package) will be available for public comment for 6 weeks. Written submissions are invited between Monday 30 March 2026 and 11.59pm on Tuesday 12 May 2026.

The public exhibition period for the Environment Effects Statement: Belsar-Yungera and Hattah Lakes North Floodplain Restoration Projects closed on 14 November 2022.
